Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team at the Nwaniba Road branch in Uyo. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our branch, providing essential administrative and clerical support to management and staff. The Administrative Officer will be responsible for managing office logistics, maintaining accurate records, facilitating internal communications, and contributing to an organized and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels for seamless operations.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality of all documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation for management reviews.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers related to office facilities and maintenance.
  • Provide general administrative support to the branch manager and other staff members as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal administrative policies and procedures of Zenith Bank Plc.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment for visitors and staff.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
