Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in and lead daily recreational activities, including sports, games, and fitness classes for guests of all ages.
- Perform in evening stage shows, themed parties, and other entertainment events, showcasing talents such as singing, dancing, acting, or comedy.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, encouraging participation in activities and fostering a positive resort atmosphere.
- Assist in the preparation, setup, and teardown of entertainment equipment and venues.
- Learn and perform various choreography, scripts, and routines as required for different shows and events.
- Maintain a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with other entertainment team members, resort staff, and management.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction during all activities.
- Adhere to all resort policies and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in performance arts (e.g., dancing, singing, acting, comedy)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and multicultural environment
- Strong stage presence and comfort performing in front of diverse audiences
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as an entertainer or animation team member in a hotel or resort setting
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German)
- Skills in specific sports, fitness, or creative arts (e.g., yoga instruction, DJing, face painting, costume design)
- Formal training or education in performing arts, hospitality, or recreation.
