As a Logistics Tracking Analyst, you will leverage advanced tracking systems and data analytics to provide real-time insights into shipment statuses, carrier performance, and delivery schedules. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track shipments in real-time across various transportation modes using advanced logistics software and GPS systems.
  • Analyze tracking data to identify trends, potential delays, and performance issues, providing proactive solutions.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on shipment status, carrier performance, on-time delivery rates, and cost efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for service failures, propose corrective actions, and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of tracking data, service level agreements, and carrier contracts.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation analysis.
