Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, identifying key operational, financial, technological, and compliance risks.
  • Develop and implement robust risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures tailored to client needs.
  • Advise clients on internal controls, governance structures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Perform gap analyses and provide recommendations for process improvements and control enhancements.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, articulating findings, recommendations, and action plans clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to provide proactive advice.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful engagement outcomes.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or business consulting.
  • Strong understanding of risk management methodologies (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000) and internal control principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote work environment.
  • Demonstrated client service orientation and ability to build strong professional relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional designation such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CRISC, PMP, or equivalent.
  • Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) software solutions.
  • Previous experience working within a professional services firm.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
