Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring professional and courteous support at all times.
  • Diagnose and efficiently resolve technical issues related to mobile, internet, and landline services, guiding customers through effective troubleshooting steps.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about Partner Communications' diverse products, services, promotions, and billing processes.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions within our CRM system.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or additional services that enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain consistently high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and diligent follow-up.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to continuously enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Required Skills

  • Fluent in Hebrew (verbal and written) and proficient in English.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as an integral part of a collaborative team.
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to comfortably navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role (call center experience is a significant advantage).
