As a Junior Barista, you will be the friendly face of our coffee station, responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for our valued customers. You’ll receive hands-on training and learn the intricate details of coffee beans, proper grinding techniques, precise espresso extraction, perfect milk frothing, and even the basics of latte art from our experienced team. Key Responsibilities
- Undergo comprehensive training to learn coffee preparation techniques, including grinding, brewing, espresso making, and milk frothing.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to Tantalizers' standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and exceptional customer service, taking orders and processing payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment, counters, and utensils.
- Monitor and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
