Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective online tutoring sessions to students in assigned subjects.
- Prepare customized lesson plans and learning materials tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods as necessary.
- Utilize online collaboration tools, virtual whiteboards, and other digital resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
- Communicate regularly with students and, where appropriate, with parents/guardians regarding academic progress and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and best practices in online education and subject matter.
- Adhere to Excellent Minds Tutorials' guidelines and standards for online instruction and professional conduct.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and respectful virtual learning environment.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in at least two academic subjects (e.g., Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, Literature).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using online meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) and virtual learning tools.
- Excellent pedagogical skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
