Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise dining room staff, including waitstaff, bartenders, and hostesses.
  • Develop and implement service standards, policies, and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory for dining room supplies, beverages, and other operational necessities, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen management to ensure smooth communication and coordinated service.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Manage cash handling procedures, including daily reconciliation and bank deposits.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and foster team cohesion.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations regarding food safety, alcohol service, and labor laws.
  • Contribute to marketing and promotional initiatives to attract and retain customers.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, specifically in dining and service roles.
