Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding GTBank's products, services, and policies.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Keep records of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Follow communication scripts when handling various topics and maintain high levels of professionalism.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers, ensuring their needs are met with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
- Adhere strictly to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
