You will lead influencer outreach, negotiate collaborations, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns that align with our clients’ objectives and brand values. You’ll work closely with our marketing, design, and sales teams, contributing to strategy development and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage engaging social media content strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Produce high-quality multimedia content including short-form videos, motion graphics, static images, stories, and written copy tailored for each platform.
- Identify, research, and vet potential social media influencers and brand ambassadors relevant to client campaigns and brand goals.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of influencer collaborations, from initial outreach and negotiation to content review, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
- Monitor social media trends, new tools, and applications, actively testing and integrating innovative approaches into content strategies.
- Actively engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate a positive and interactive brand presence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with overarching brand strategies and campaign objectives.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insightful reports and recommendations for continuous content and strategy optimization.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all digital touchpoints for client accounts.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, competitor activities, and digital marketing innovations to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation (video, graphics, copy).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
- Strong video editing skills using mobile apps (CapCut, InShot) and/or desktop software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and manage social media influencers effectively.
- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret social media metrics, and derive actionable insights.
