Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual testing of websites, web applications, email campaigns, and other digital marketing collateral across various browsers and devices.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues using our internal tracking systems, providing clear and concise reproduction steps.
- Collaborate closely with development, design, and project management teams to communicate findings and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing to ensure that new code deployments do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of test plans and test cases for upcoming projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and insights to improve overall platform quality and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, testing tools, and digital trends to continuously enhance our QA processes.
Required Skills
