Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase GTBank's market share and brand visibility within Osongama Estate, Uyo, and surrounding areas.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends specific to the local Uyo market.
- Organize and participate in local marketing events, community engagements, and promotional activities to foster brand loyalty and customer acquisition.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and local SEO, to drive online engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales objectives and drive product adoption.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, community leaders, and local businesses to create strategic partnerships.
Required Skills
