Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial objectives, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Ensure consistent adherence to Hyatt's brand standards, policies, and procedures across all departments.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement proactive measures to resolve issues and continuously elevate the guest experience.
- Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health, safety, and employment laws.
- Champion an inclusive work environment that welcomes and supports colleagues from all backgrounds, including those with sponsorship needs.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a full-service hotel environment.
- Proven track record of managing hotel operations, achieving financial targets, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of hotel financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep commitment to delivering world-class hospitality and guest service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
