Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cheque cashing.
- Verify customer identification and transaction details in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer, ensuring accurate reconciliation of all transactions at the close of each business day.
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide information on bank products and services, and resolve routine issues promptly and professionally.
- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers where appropriate, identifying opportunities to meet their financial needs.
- Adhere strictly to all bank security procedures, internal controls, and operational guidelines to safeguard bank assets and customer information.
- Provide exceptional customer service, fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring a positive banking experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and maintain an efficient and harmonious work environment.
- Process other financial services such as utility bill payments, foreign exchange transactions (where applicable), and other related services.
