Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Process various banking transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Assist customers with account opening, inquiries, and problem resolution.
- Educate customers on GTBank's products and services, including digital banking solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Adhere strictly to all banking procedures, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant bank products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
