Key Responsibilities
- Identify and validate significant market problems and opportunities within various tech domains.
- Develop innovative product/service concepts and a clear vision for a new tech startup.
- Lead the entire product development lifecycle from conceptualization to prototyping and MVP launch.
- Conduct extensive market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery interviews.
- Formulate and refine a viable business model, including revenue streams, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing founding team (technical, marketing, operations).
- Develop and pitch compelling business proposals to secure initial seed funding and grants.
- Represent the startup at industry events, pitch competitions, and networking opportunities.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within the startup team.
- Manage all aspects of startup operations, including legal, financial, and administrative tasks.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly track progress against strategic goals.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in product development or entrepreneurship within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Lean Startup).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
