Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive childcare, including supervision, feeding, bathing, and dressing.
- Plan and execute engaging and educational activities appropriate for the children's age and developmental stage.
- Manage children's daily routines, including school drop-offs/pick-ups, naps, and extracurricular activities.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children, adhering to any dietary restrictions.
- Ensure the children's safety and well-being at all times, maintaining a safe and stimulating environment.
- Perform light domestic duties related to the children and common family areas (e.g., tidying playrooms, children's laundry, general organization).
- Assist children with homework and school projects.
- Communicate effectively and regularly with parents regarding children's progress, activities, and any concerns.
- Administer basic first aid when necessary and manage minor illnesses.
- Foster a positive, nurturing, and respectful relationship with the children and family.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in childcare or nannying (minimum 2 years).
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
