Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and approach potential new retailers, wholesalers, and distributors within the Bariga, Shomolu assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for Dufil Prima Foods Plc's diverse range of FMCG products.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with existing customers, ensuring their continuous satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure optimal product display, availability, and visibility in retail outlets.
- Execute promotional activities and marketing initiatives effectively at the point of sale.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and consumer trends, reporting findings to the sales manager.
- Manage and reconcile daily sales records, orders, and inventory within the assigned sales routes.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Represent Dufil Prima Foods Plc with integrity and professionalism at all times.
