Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the event planning and project management teams.
  • Assist in coordinating event details, including venue research, vendor communication, material procurement, and attendee registration.
  • Manage and organize project documentation, schedules, timelines, and budgets using designated project management tools.
  • Facilitate internal and external communication, preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Support the team with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining up-to-date project files.
  • Assist with on-site event setup, registration, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all elements are in place and function smoothly.
  • Conduct research to identify potential venues, suppliers, and innovative event solutions.
  • Help track project progress, identify potential issues, and assist in developing solutions.
  • Perform general office duties to ensure the efficient operation of the department.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
