Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages according to Aroma Joe's standards.
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting all customers with a friendly attitude and a smile.
- Accurately process customer orders and handle cash/card transactions using a POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including equipment and dining areas.
- Monitor inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; communicate needs to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Educate customers on menu items and promote daily specials.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
