Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the accurate and timely provisioning (activation, modification, deactivation) of various network services for residential and business customers.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records within our network inventory and provisioning systems.
- Collaborate with technical support teams, field technicians, and sales representatives to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor the status of service orders and follow up on any delays or discrepancies.
- Generate and distribute provisioning reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and escalation of provisioning-related issues to senior staff.
- Support the creation and maintenance of provisioning documentation and process guides.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the provisioning workflow.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
