Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team at Grand Towers Hotel. This role involves assisting the catering team in all aspects of food preparation, service, and maintenance, ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene are consistently maintained. Onsite accommodation is provided as a part of this role, making it an excellent opportunity for those seeking a convenient and comfortable living arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Setting up and clearing tables for events and daily service.
  • Assisting with food service, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery to guests.
  • Maintaining inventory of food supplies and reporting any shortages.
  • Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Catering Manager.
