Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine data quality checks and audits on various datasets.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and errors efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in maintaining and updating data integrity protocols and procedures.
- Document all data issues, resolutions, and process improvements for future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, product development, and customer support, to address data-related concerns.
- Support data migration and integration projects, ensuring data consistency across platforms.
- Generate basic reports on data quality metrics and trends to inform stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for data governance and data quality frameworks.
- Adhere strictly to data privacy regulations and company policies, particularly concerning sensitive health information.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of data concepts and database structures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
