Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of video production from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts in collaboration with clients and the internal creative team.
- Direct on-set productions, guiding camera operators, talent, and crew to capture high-quality footage.
- Maintain creative control over projects, ensuring artistic vision and client objectives are met consistently.
- Supervise post-production processes, including editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics, providing clear feedback to editors.
- Scout and secure appropriate locations, manage casting calls, and oversee equipment procurement for shoots.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, present concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Manage and mentor production teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance production quality.
- Ensure all productions comply with legal and ethical standards, including copyright and talent releases.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Video Director with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse video projects.
- Expertise in all phases of video production, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Proficiency with professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and sound recording gear.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and cinematography principles.
