Job Description

FreshWorks Studio is actively seeking a talented and dedicated Software Implementation Analyst to join our dynamic team in Oak Bay, Victoria. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge software products and the clients who will benefit from them, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and adoption.
You will play a crucial part in the entire implementation lifecycle, from initial client engagement and requirements gathering to system configuration, user training, and post-implementation support. This role demands a unique blend of technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a keen understanding of business processes. You’ll be responsible for analyzing client needs, translating them into technical specifications, and configuring our software to meet those specific requirements. You’ll also lead training sessions, empowering users to maximize their use of the new systems, and provide expert guidance on best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the software implementation phase.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and gather detailed business requirements from clients.
- Configure and customize software solutions to align with client-specific workflows and objectives.
- Perform data migration, validation, and integration tasks from legacy systems.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for end-users.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization for clients.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in software configuration and customization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows across various industries.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
