Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at events.
  • Direct guests to their designated seats, sections, and various facilities (restrooms, exits, concessions).
  • Provide accurate event-related information, schedules, and guidance to attendees.
  • Monitor guest flow and manage crowd control to ensure safety and an orderly environment.
  • Assist with ticket scanning, wristband distribution, and access control as required.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues or complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with event organizers, security, and other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized event space throughout the duration of the event.
  • Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and assist in guiding guests during evacuations or other incidents.
  • Represent The Marina Resort Calabar with a positive and professional attitude at all times.
