Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates, managing complex calendars for hiring managers and applicants.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, preparing necessary documentation and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the recruitment team in posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and initial candidate communication.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed, assisting in data collection and analysis.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, or escalate to appropriate HR personnel.
  • Organize and coordinate HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle general administrative tasks within the HR department, including filing, correspondence, and office supply management.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Prior administrative or office support experience (internships included).
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
