This position demands a proactive and adaptable individual capable of expertly managing a portfolio of projects simultaneously, from the initial brainstorming and conceptualization phases through to flawless execution and comprehensive post-campaign analysis. Your responsibilities will span the creation of compelling, brand-aligned content for our expanding digital footprint, including vibrant social media campaigns, engaging email newsletters, and timely website updates. Concurrently, you will oversee the meticulous production and strategic distribution of high-quality print collateral, such as informative brochures, eye-catching flyers, and impactful event materials. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
  • Generate and curate engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the company website, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Coordinate the design, production, and procurement of print marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners, managing relationships with external vendors.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement, trends, and feedback, actively participating in online conversations and providing timely responses.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, and community outreach programs in Goma and surrounding areas.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage and maintain marketing collateral inventory, ensuring availability and proper distribution.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and achieve shared objectives.
  • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to corporate brand guidelines, industry best practices, and local regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a marketing coordination or similar role, with exposure to both digital and print media.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO basics, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to write compelling copy for various marketing materials.
  • Basic graphic design skills or experience working with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and French. Knowledge of Swahili is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
