Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and implementation of research methodologies and data collection instruments.
  • Manage, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis using statistical software (e.g., SPSS, Excel, R, Python).
  • Develop and create visually engaging charts, graphs, and dashboards to present key findings.
  • Draft comprehensive research reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and client use.
  • Support senior researchers in interpreting data and formulating actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct literature reviews and secondary research to contextualize primary data.
  • Ensure all research activities comply with ethical guidelines and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Maintain organised documentation of research processes, methodologies, and data files.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members on multiple projects, adhering to deadlines and project specifications.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (academic or professional) in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an excellent eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
