Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed.
- Help organize and coordinate employee training sessions and development programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment verification letters, memos, and reports.
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
- Support HR team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
