Key Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain organized and comprehensive financial records, both physical and digital.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures under the guidance of senior accountants.
  • Verify and post financial transactions, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal departments regarding financial data and transactions.
  • Participate in audits and help compile necessary documentation as required.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, data analysis).
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
