Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret complex financial statements, reports, and forecasts specifically for the Corporate Division, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify key trends, potential risks, and strategic opportunities, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Actively assist in the development and execution of the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial planning for various corporate departments.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant financial regulations, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and internal company policies and procedures.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, comprehensive investment analysis, and optimal capital allocation decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal audit, risk management, and other cross-functional departments to ensure financial integrity, robust internal controls, and efficient processes.
- Support the meticulous preparation of regulatory filings, investor relations materials, and presentations as required.
- Participate in and lead special projects related to financial systems implementation, process improvements, and broader corporate strategic planning.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics pertaining to the Corporate Division's financial health and operational efficiency.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions to ensure the utmost accuracy and reliability of all financial data.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and advanced analytical techniques.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial regulations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex financial functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting intricate financial information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and translate findings into clear, concise reports and recommendations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all financial reporting and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (MBA), or a closely related field.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation.
- Prior experience specifically with banking-specific financial reporting and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Previous professional experience in a corporate finance department or within the banking industry.
