Job Description
Are you a highly motivated and physically capable individual looking to make a significant impact within a fast-paced logistics environment? Foodland Super Market, Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Loader to join our team at our Kailua-area logistic hub, serving the vibrant Maunawili community. This crucial role ensures the efficient and safe movement of goods that stock our shelves and reach our customers throughout Oahu. As a Warehouse Loader, you will be an integral part of our supply chain, responsible for handling incoming and outgoing merchandise with precision and care. Your day-to-day will involve a variety of tasks, including the meticulous loading and unloading of delivery trucks, organizing inventory within the stockroom, and preparing orders for distribution.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks, receiving and dispatching merchandise.
- Verify product counts against manifests and report discrepancies immediately.
- Organize and stack products in designated warehouse or stockroom locations, ensuring optimal space utilization and easy accessibility.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment in a safe and responsible manner (training provided if needed).
- Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting, counting, and staging products accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned to support overall logistic operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs consistently) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and verifying merchandise.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar physically demanding role.
- Experience operating a pallet jack or forklift (certification a plus).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
