Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the firm's strategic objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison for institutional and retail investors, financial analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver engaging investor presentations, earnings call scripts, press releases, and other investor communications.
- Manage investor enquiries, meetings, and roadshows, ensuring prompt and informative responses.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments, providing insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results and key performance indicators.
- Maintain and update investor databases and CRM systems with relevant communications and contacts.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory disclosure requirements and best practices in investor communications.
- Monitor and report on investor feedback, sentiment, and perceptions of the firm.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (4+ years) in investor relations, financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field within financial services.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis.
