As a Digital Brand Assistant, you will play a crucial supporting role in the planning, execution, and reporting of our influencer marketing campaigns. You will work closely with Brand Managers, Social Media Strategists, and directly with influencers to ensure seamless campaign delivery that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who thrives on organization, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a keen eye for detail. You’ll be instrumental in researching trending influencers, monitoring campaign performance, assisting with content approvals, and compiling comprehensive reports that showcase campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the identification and vetting of suitable influencers based on campaign objectives, target audience demographics, and brand synergy.
  • Support the Influencer Team in negotiating terms, drafting contracts, and managing communication with influencers throughout campaign lifecycles.
  • Monitor influencer content for adherence to brand guidelines, campaign messaging, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer campaigns, compiling data into actionable reports.
  • Coordinate content delivery schedules and ensure timely execution of influencer posts across various social media platforms.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in influencer marketing and social media.
  • Provide administrative support to the Influencer Team, including scheduling meetings, managing databases, and organizing campaign assets.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook) and their respective influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
  • Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and adapt.

Preferred Qualifications
