Save-On-Foods is actively seeking a dedicated Grocery Stock Replenisher to join our thriving Richmond location. Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently receive, unload, and process incoming product deliveries.
  • Sort and organize merchandise in the backroom and storage areas, ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO – First-In, First-Out).
  • Accurately replenish shelves, displays, and coolers across various departments.
  • Verify product freshness, check expiry dates, and remove expired or damaged items.
  • Ensure products are correctly priced and signage is accurate and visible.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working and shopping environment.
  • Assist customers with locating products and provide friendly, helpful service when needed.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail, grocery, or warehouse environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
