Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support business unit leaders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies within financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial metrics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., ERP systems) is a plus.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CFA, ICAN).
- Experience in the fintech or technology industry.
