Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables with menus.
- Present specials, answer questions about menu items, and make informed recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a Point of Sale (POS) system and relay them clearly to kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction, anticipate needs, and address any concerns or requests promptly.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and making change.
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart, ensuring they are ready for the next diners.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including light cleaning, stocking service stations, and preparing the dining area.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other wait staff to ensure smooth service flow and efficient operations.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as company service standards.
Required Skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a full-service restaurant or similar hospitality role.
