Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, managing inquiries and providing accurate information efficiently.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for branch staff.
- Maintain visitor logs and security protocols as required.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.
- Handle basic customer service queries and direct more complex issues to the relevant banking specialists.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
