Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS terminal, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, bill payments, and airtime top-ups.
- Verify customer identities and transaction details to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all daily transactions and reconcile cash and electronic payments at the end of each shift.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving minor issues, and explaining Moniepoint services clearly.
- Educate customers on the benefits of using Moniepoint's digital financial services.
- Manage cash float responsibly and report any discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure the POS terminal and work area are clean, organized, and fully operational.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
