Key Responsibilities
- Sort and categorize a high volume of incoming and outgoing documents, including correspondence, reports, and financial records.
- Accurately file documents, both physical and digital, into designated systems and databases.
- Assist with scanning, photocopying, and collating documents as required for various departments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive information and documents.
- Ensure all documents are correctly labeled and stored according to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform routine checks to ensure document integrity and resolve any discrepancies.
- Support general office administrative tasks such as mail distribution, stationery management, and office equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance document management processes and improve overall office efficiency.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to sort and categorize information accurately and efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel).

Preferred Qualifications
