Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and categorize a high volume of incoming and outgoing documents, including correspondence, reports, and financial records.
  • Accurately file documents, both physical and digital, into designated systems and databases.
  • Assist with scanning, photocopying, and collating documents as required for various departments.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive information and documents.
  • Ensure all documents are correctly labeled and stored according to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform routine checks to ensure document integrity and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Support general office administrative tasks such as mail distribution, stationery management, and office equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance document management processes and improve overall office efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to sort and categorize information accurately and efficiently.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel).

Preferred Qualifications
