Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our Advertising Division. This crucial role will be instrumental in the development, implementation, and optimization of integrated advertising campaigns across various channels for our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines (SEM), display networks, and traditional media.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights that inform advertising strategies.
- Write compelling and persuasive ad copy that aligns with client brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for clients.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and account managers to ensure integrated campaign execution and consistent brand messaging.

- Assist in the development of client presentations and proposals.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, with a focus on campaign execution.
- Proven experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio showcasing strong ad copy.
- Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
