Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for agents, clients, and vendors, providing exceptional service and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Oversee administrative aspects of agent onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist with basic accounting functions, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and reconciling statements.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events, managing logistics and communications.
  • Prepare and distribute communications, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls.
  • Support the leadership team with various projects and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional and productive office environment.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
