Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and integrate complex analog and digital electronic circuits and systems for various defense applications.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, trade-off analyses, and detailed design specifications based on project requirements.
  • Perform simulations, prototyping, and rigorous testing of hardware components and integrated systems to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues during development, integration, and verification phases.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Software, Systems) to ensure seamless product development and integration.
  • Generate comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and detailed reports.
  • Participate in design reviews, provide expert technical guidance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, relevant regulations, and specific project requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support production, quality assurance, and field support teams as needed for product deployment and maintenance.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical hardware design and development.
  • Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with industry-standard PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro).
  • Familiarity with electronic simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, for technical documentation and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related advanced degree.
  • Prior experience in the defense, aerospace, or medical device industries.
  • Knowledge of RF/microwave circuit design or power electronics design.
  • Experience with FPGAs, microcontrollers, and embedded systems design.
  • Proficiency in Hebrew (verbal and written).
  • Experience with EMI/EMC design considerations and testing procedures.
