Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets, coordinating orientation schedules, and completing necessary paperwork.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for general employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Assist in the coordination of HR programs and events, such as training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance reviews.
- Generate HR reports and presentations as required, utilizing HRIS and other relevant software.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with background checks and reference verification.
- Process HR-related documentation, including status changes, terminations, and employee data updates, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all HR information and employee data.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the HR management team.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
