Spar Nigeria is seeking a driven Perfume Sales Agent to join our retail team at our bustling outlet located in the vibrant U.J. Esuene Stadium area of Calabar. As a Perfume Sales Agent, you will be the face of our fragrance section, guiding customers through our exquisite collection of perfumes, colognes, and body sprays. Key Responsibilities
- Engage actively with customers to understand their perfume preferences and needs.
- Provide expert advice and product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits of various fragrances.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for perfume and related products.
- Maintain immaculate and appealing product displays, ensuring all items are well-stocked, priced correctly, and merchandised according to brand standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
- Keep up-to-date with new product launches, promotions, and fragrance trends.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
- Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
