Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate positioning strategies aligned with Sandicliffe's business objectives and long-term vision.
- Define, articulate, and maintain the Sandicliffe corporate brand identity, guidelines, and messaging framework across all communications channels.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify brand opportunities and threats, informing strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, HR, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand representation in all internal and external communications, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Manage the development of key corporate communications materials, including press releases, corporate presentations, website content, and internal branding assets.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on brand performance metrics, corporate reputation, and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights.
- Champion brand education and compliance internally, ensuring all employees understand and embody the Sandicliffe brand values.
- Oversee crisis communication related to brand reputation, working closely with senior leadership.
- Identify and manage relationships with external agencies and partners as required to support brand initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices in brand management, and changes in consumer behavior within the automotive sector.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (4+ years) in brand management, corporate communications, or strategic marketing, with a clear focus on corporate positioning.
- Demonstrable ability to develop and execute brand strategies that drive reputation and market presence.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and crafting compelling narratives.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting market data and consumer insights to inform brand strategy.
- Proficiency in brand performance measurement and reporting tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of the automotive industry landscape and consumer behaviour.
