Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Hotel Attendant to join our vibrant team at The Promise Hotel in Mile 1, Port Harcourt. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards and procedures.
- Change bed linens, towels, and restock amenities in guest rooms.
- Empty trash receptacles, transport dirty linens to designated areas, and replenish supplies.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas thoroughly.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to supervision.
- Greet guests warmly and respond to their requests and inquiries courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage rooms and work areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with laundry operations as needed.
- Ensure the privacy and security of all guests and their belongings.
