Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Stewarding Staff member to join our team at The George Hotel. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel’s back-of-house areas. This is a full-time position with the added benefit of free accommodation on-site, providing a comfortable and convenient living arrangement. Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and dining areas.
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
- Cleaning and organizing storage areas.
- Removing and disposing of trash and waste.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assisting with other stewarding tasks as required.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Required Skills
- Experience in a stewarding or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
