Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely distribution and response.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of important documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members as required.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring professional formatting and grammatical accuracy.
  • Assist with office supply inventory management, ordering, and restocking to ensure adequate supplies are always available.
  • Support with front desk duties, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers, managing facility-related issues and ensuring a well-maintained office environment.
  • Perform various ad-hoc administrative tasks to support daily office operations and special projects, adapting to evolving team needs.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
